This machine used a shrink film to tied up the production. Standard have about 14 model of machines.

We also accept size by order.

The different machine fit for PE, PVC and PP shrink film, and other special film shrink could be accepted.

Features:
The infrared ray shrink tunnel take advantage of infrared ray to heat PVC/PP shrinkage film without influence the product. The machine is light and compact, working speed is 6M/min.

Accurate setting of temperature is achieved through two sets of the latest automatic thermostat. Both of top and bottom temperature settings.

It may be varied as desired to meet various product sizes, which provides an excellent shrink packing operations for a wide variety of products.

It can also lower the possibility of film breakage for saving packing cost.

Speed can be up to 7.5 M/min less than 10 minutes, it required to heat the unit to operation temperature first.

The last number of model is 0, the thermostator is knob type temperature controller.

The last number of model is 1, the thermostator is number type temperature controller.

Applications: Food, fruits, salted foods, toy,stationery, drugs, electric, parts, hardware, necessaries etc.

2. The conveyor for heat shrink can adopt the close-roller type or net type model, suitable for big or small products. (The net type is option item.)

3. The conveyor speed for heat shrink and the tunnel temperature can be easily adjusted in order to accomplish the perfect shrinking effect.

1.This serious machine adopts heat circulating type tunnel which will have average heating temperature. It has a longer heating oven which is fit the PE film shrink action.

2.The cooling fan is installed in the exit of shrink packaging machine in order to accomplish the perfect shrinking effect.

3.There are two conveyor models to choice—roller type and net type, suitable for big and small products. The net type is option item.

4.Special designed for PE film packaging. It could also shrink PVC, PP, POF,....etc. material. But this type of machine cost higher.

5.Auto temperature control can be adjusted for desired temperature.

6.Conveyor speed is adjustable.

Applications: It fit for shrinking the products like retort pouch(tetra pack), plastic bottle, carton...etc.
